TSX Trust Appointed as Trustee for EllisDon’s Groves Memorial Community Hospital Development Project
July 31, 2017 (TORONTO) - TSX Trust, Íâ¹úÃÀŮɫÇéƬ's corporate trust services provider, has been appointed indenture trustee and security agent for EllisDon Infrastructure GMCH Inc.'s approximate CAD 100M bond issuance. The proceeds will be used to design and build the recently awarded Groves Memorial Community Hospital (GMCH) Development project. This project is being delivered using Infrastructure Ontario's Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) model, an innovative way to finance and procure large, complex public infrastructure projects.
As trustee for all types of debt instruments, TSX Trust will help to execute the debt financings by acting as trustee, registrar, interest and redemption payment agent, and monitor issuer obligations and covenants.

The new hospital will be built in Aboyne, Ontario, and will replace the existing GMCH in Fergus. The project is a replacement hospital built on a greenfield site with more space for emergency, ambulatory, diagnostic and inpatient services to accommodate a growing community.
