Íâ¹úÃÀŮɫÇéƬ Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
June 10, 2016 (TORONTO) – Íâ¹úÃÀŮɫÇéƬ Limited today announced that Michael Ptasznik, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has resigned from the organization to pursue another opportunity.
Mr. Ptasznik joined Íâ¹úÃÀŮɫÇéƬ in 1996 as Director of Finance Planning and Analysis and became CFO in 2000. As CFO, he led the company's finance, corporate development and strategic planning functions. "Michael has played a central role in navigating the company through many transformational events, including demutualizing, going public, merging with Montreal Exchange and completing the Maple transaction," said Lou Eccleston, Chief Executive Officer, Íâ¹úÃÀŮɫÇéƬ. "The Board of Directors and the entire TMX team join me in thanking Michael for these contributions and for his leadership."
Frank DiLiso, Vice President, Corporate Finance and Administration, will be acting as interim Chief Financial Officer until a permanent successor is appointed.
